Direct Billing Claims

Following your treatment, any portion not covered by your benefit provider will be payable by you. While we typically receive prompt confirmation from your insurer regarding coverage, in cases of delay, full payment will be required at the time of service, a receipt will be provided and you may submit it to your provider for reimbursement.
