What should I wear to the spa?

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.

Where should I park, and do I need to pay?

Parking is completely on us! You can park in any city-owned street spot or nearby public parking lot. You don’t need to worry about meters or parking apps—just jot down your license plate number and give it to our front desk team when you check in. We will take care of the rest.

What to expect at your first visit?

For new clients, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This gives you plenty of time to get settled, check in, and complete our brief intake forms. If you plan to use insurance, please bring your insurance information with you so our team can happily arrange direct billing for your visit

Can I get a massage or facial if I am pregnant?

Absolutely, but please let us know when booking! We have specialized prenatal treatments designed specifically for expecting mothers. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your time and our therapists' time. We require at least 4 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice (or no-shows) will be subject to a charge of $20 fee.

Are gratuities (tips) included in the price?

Gratuities are not included in our service pricing but are greatly appreciated by our therapists for exceptional service. A standard tip is typically 10% to 15% of the treatment price, which can be added at checkout.
